We are delighted to announce the signing of a joint-venture development agreement for an 8.5-katha south-facing plot in Uttara Sector 15. The signing ceremony was attended by the landowner family, KinOn Holdings directors and our legal panel.
The proposed development is a B+G+8 residential building with 16 apartments, a landscaped setback and our standard solar-assisted common-area package. Design submission to RAJUK is planned within the next quarter, and the project will be announced with full details once the approval is received.
