Common Questions
Before You Sign
How is the sharing ratio decided?
It is benchmarked against recent deals on comparable plots in your area, then adjusted for land size, road width and permitted floor count. You see the calculation — not just the final number — before anything is signed.
Who pays for RAJUK approval and utility connections?
KinOn does. Plan approval, soil testing, utility connections and legal vetting are all handled and funded by us as part of the agreement.
When do I receive signing money?
Signing money is paid on the day the joint-venture deed is registered. The amount and schedule are written into the agreement before you commit.
What happens if construction is delayed?
The agreement carries a dated handover commitment with a delay compensation clause. You also receive certified monthly progress updates so delays are visible early, not at the end.
Can I visit your ongoing sites first?
Please do — we encourage it. We will arrange a guided visit and connect you with landowners we are already working with so you can ask them directly.
