This month, the residents' committee of KinOn Heritage Heights at Mirpur DOHS formally took over building management from our after-sales team - one full year after handover, with every snag item closed and signed off.
The transition package handed to the committee includes as-built drawings, equipment warranties, the preventive-maintenance calendar, and the audited common-fund statement. We thank the families of Heritage Heights for their trust and cooperation, and we remain a phone call away, as we do for every building we have ever handed over.
